Stately Heritage Mansion Centennial Park

When asked to make alterations to this luxury heritage listed home in Centennial Park, it was imperative that we achieve maximum modern living functionality, whilst also enhancing its timeless elegance, thereby granting the best of both worlds to the savvy owners. ...We opened the rear of the house to allow a connection between the garden facing the sitting room and the gourmet kitchen, providing for superb casual entertaining. A second storey was added on top of the garage housing guest accommodation, once again maximising the amenity on this premium city landholding. A gym and office space were added at the garage ground level. We consulted with Graham Brooks and Associates (heritage consultants) for this project, and the glorious gardens are by Will Dangar.
