Mediterranean Style Residence, Mosman
This Mosman home was MBA’s first project, back in 1997, and remains a favourite for Michael, and for its resident, who bought the house soon after completion, and has held onto it throughout the many years since.
The style is adapted from a Californian Bungalow, featuring Mediterranean style shutters tiled roof and outdoor terraces; a continuation of the theme that Leslie Wilkinson and others championed in the 1920s.
Given the climate similarities that Sydney shares with the Mediterranean, this style of architecture is practical.
With a North Sydney Harbour view, swimming pool and two outdoor terraces on the second level, the house is designed for luxe outdoor living.
A classic luxury theme is carried throughout the interior.
Builder: Concourt Constructions
Gardens: Gaye Stanton
